With it's own outside staircase and private entrance the flat is on the top floor of a house a few metres from the Sea View Yacht Club overlooking the sea.

The flat sleeps 2 adults and 1 child in two bedrooms (a king size double and a 3' single). The flat has a good sized hallway, open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with glass doors to the balcony. There is also a family shower room.

This wonderful flat is new to holiday letting and is definitely a perfect location for a short holiday by the sea. A few seconds walk to the nearest eatery and a few minutes walk to the ice cream shop and village community shop.
